hey guys, Vanity Fair 2011 comes alive tomorrow night at the Victorian Ballroom, Holiday Villa Hotel starting 5/6pm tomorrow! :)

Don't forget to dress your best, bring your date/friends, as well as your ticket :D

We've got a lot lined up for you guys, especially the performances :) We have singers, bands etc, not excluding our local band Wanted Symphony!

We Will Be Selling Our Prom Tickets Starting Tomorrow!!!

That's right! you can head over to our Ticket Booth at Exit 6 :)

Early Bird Tickets will be sold from 8/6/2001 - 8/7/2011.

TABLE (consisting of 10 people) : RM140   RM130 each

The Seating layout will be out soon... So don't delay! as the seats & tables will be on first come first serve basis. Go over to our ticket booth and get your table booked! :) For those who are interested in getting a table (10pax) you are required to pay a deposit of RM650, for singles RM65 and for couple/pair 130 by the end of the month (for early bird price). Greetings!

Hello fellow Hmc-ians,
   I'm sure all of you have heard the buzz and news about our prom. If you have not, you are at the right page! Basically this is the blog where you will be updated from time to time about our prom. Yes, i'm talking about the night where all of us will get together, dress up, dance the night away and not forgetting to have fun with our friends :) Spending a great night together before we part away from HMC is definitely worthwhile! Before we go on any further, I would like to clarify that this prom is for all the 2011 intakes (January, March, April & August). :)

VANITY FAIR

why Vanity Fair? 

There is so much to tell about the theme... if you have read the book, there is one clear, overarching theme in Vanity Fair: A Novel without a Hero, In the pages of Vanity Fair, all is vanity and all are vain. Some are more vain --- more obsessed with self and with the ephemeral treasures of social position and money --- than others, but none, in the author's estimation, can be called heroic.

If you have watched the movie... the theme appears to be very Victorian-like and elegance and style takes place most of the time.

so people... as you can tell.. its a Victorian-like theme..  and its a GREAT opportunity for you guys to DRESS UP! this is the time where you can be vain and not feel out of place. haha :) besides that, we want you to feel the exquisiteness and have a lot of funnnnnnnnn!

Just a reminder... you don't have to wear BIG GOWNS with laces and frills all over... because our dress code is FORMAL.It can be any formal outfit you want... so guys, SUIT UP!
